Frequently asked questions

Let us explain it all for you

The following is a list of our most frequently asked questions. If you can't find the answer to your question,

*Is my claim 'No win No fee' ?

Yes, most of the personal injury claims we deal with are on a 'No win No fee' basis, means that if you do not win your claim, you do not have to pay your solicitor a fee. Insurance will cover you against the other side's costs and expenses.

Only in a few medical or criminal cases (including untraced/uninsured drivers) you will not have the option of the "100% compensation" guarantee , that you get with other claim types. This is because the compensation is paid by public and government funded organisations who do not pay your legal fees should your claim be successful. In such cases the solicitor will offer you a conditional fee arrangement which details just how much you will have to pay the solicitor should they win your case.

*Is there a time limit for submitting a claim' ?

There is a statutory limit of three years from the date of the accident and a claim can be submitted at any stage during this period.

But its always advisable to allow at-least 6 months processing time before the end of statutory limit.

*How much compensation will i get ?

We will ensure that wherever possible you get 100 per cent of any compensation awarded to you.  But it's impossible to give an idea of how much you will get, this depends on your injury, the pain and suffering , loss of earnings and any treatment costs.

Only after discussing your case with us in detail, we will be able to give you estimate of how much compensation you can be entitled to.

*How long will a claim take to settle ?

This really depends on the nature of the injury sustained. If its a straight forward case where liability is accepted by the third party, it should be resolved with in 4 to 12 months time.

*What happens when i contact you ?

Our team of dedicated and professional advisors will take furthur details from you involving your personal injury claim.Based on your circumstances we will choose the right solicitors from our panel.

You will not be required to come to the solicitors office and all the paperwork will be done on your behalf.you will be offered a compensation agreement from the solicitors and upon signing of both parties we will take matters further.
